1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using TribeBills (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
TribeBills provides tools to manage shared expenses, including bill creation, receipt uploads, member splits, and payment tracking. TribeBills is not a bank, money transmitter, tax, or legal advisor.
3. Accounts and Authentication
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities under it.
- Sign‑in options may include email, Google, and Apple. Third‑party sign‑in is subject to the provider’s terms.
- You must provide accurate information and promptly update any changes.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
Premium features may be offered as a subscription. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. We do not store full card details; Stripe manages payment data.
Cancellations
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You retain premium access until that time.
Refunds
- Full refund within 14 days of your first payment upon request.
- Duplicate, accidental, or unauthorized charges: full refund.
- Renewals: generally non‑refundable. Annual renewals may be refunded within 7 days at our discretion.
To request a cancellation or refund, contact support at karkiabinash777@gmail.com or use the Stripe Customer Portal when available.
5. User Content and Conduct
- You are responsible for the content you upload, including receipt images and notes.
- No unlawful, infringing, or harmful content. No attempts to disrupt or reverse engineer the Service.
- Respect privacy: only upload information you are authorized to share with your tribe.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by TribeBills and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to trademarks or source code.
7. Disclaimers
- The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- We do not provide financial, tax, or legal advice. OCR accuracy is not guaranteed; verify important data.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TribeBills and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Service or others.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the jurisdiction where TribeBills is operated.
