Do my friends need an account?
No. They can join your tribe with the code and just a name, on the web or iPhone, and see every bill and what they owe. To add bills or record payments they'll need a free account — and everything they've seen as a guest comes with them.
Does TribeBills move money?
No. You pay each other however you already do — bank transfer, cash, whatever works. TribeBills keeps track of who's paid, and the person you paid confirms it.
How does Smart Scan work?
Snap a photo of the receipt and TribeBills reads the vendor, date, total and each line item. You can review and tweak everything before you split it.
What's free, and what's Premium?
Free covers up to 5 tribes and 15 bills. Premium is $3.99/month and adds unlimited tribes, bills and receipt scans, plus recurring bills and priority support.
How do I get Premium on iPhone?
Upgrade on the web and Premium unlocks in the iOS app straight away. We don't sell subscriptions inside the iOS app yet.

Not yet. On Android, use TribeBills in your browser — it's the full experience, no download needed.
